Membership is required to participate.
Minimum of 5 participants.
Coach
Deb Gaul utilizes circuit training to develop balance, strength,
flexibility, and coordination. Vault, uneven parallel bars, balance
beam, floor exercise and tumbling.
Registration begins: June 7th
Session 1: July 6th – 30th (4 weeks)
Session 2: Aug. 3rd-August 19th (3 weeks)

one hour of gymnastics is not enough. Class that leads up to the
Show Team. Learn round-offs, bridges, kickovers, etc.

$10 per week, minimum 5 weeks.
Learn
skills by progression: first walkovers, then handsprings, next
tucks. Skill
development necessary for next competitive season on vault, bars,
beam and floor. Earn an ice cream sundae party in August.
