Membership is required to participate. 
Minimum of 5 participants.

 

Coach Deb Gaul utilizes circuit training to develop balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination.  Vault, uneven parallel bars, balance beam, floor exercise and tumbling.

 

Registration begins:  June 7th  

Session 1:   July 6th – 30th  (4 weeks)       

Session 2:   Aug. 3rd-August 19th (3 weeks)

 

Tiny Tumbling (Co-ed; potty trained pre-schoolers)

Thurs.,  5:00 – 5:45 p.m. 

Session I fees:   $21  / members (4 weeks)     

 Session II fees: $18 / members (3 weeks)

 

All Ability (K and up) 

Girls: Tues.,  4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Co-ed: Thurs.,  5:45 - 6:45 p.m.

Session I fees:   $28 / members (4 weeks)     

 Session II fees: $21 / members (3 weeks)  


Extended Ability  -(able to do cartwheels and handstands)

When one hour of gymnastics is not enough.  Class that leads up to the Show Team.  Learn round-offs, bridges, kickovers, etc.

Tues., 5:30 – 7 p.m.

Session I fees:  $36 / members (4 weeks)

Session II fees: $27 / members (3 weeks)

 

Competitive Gymnastics

Try outs available.
Tues. &
Thurs., 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.   July 6th until August 19th (7 weeks)

Fee: $10 per week, minimum 5 weeks.

Learn skills by progression: first walkovers, then handsprings, next tucks.  Skill

development necessary for next competitive season on vault, bars, beam and floor.  Earn an ice cream sundae party in August.
